Coffee ? From Food to Drink.The heritage of the discovery of coffee is rife with speculation. Its transition from meals to beverage is equally open to interpretation and historical differences. Early European explorers and botanists assumed that Ethiopians chewed raw coffee beans for electrical power immediately after choosing their grazing goats eating the coffee berry.
