Faxing from Windows 64bit using the Outlook Address Book?

Hello,

I'm a little late to the party on this issue of not being able to leverage the Outlook Address Book when faxing from a 64bit version of Windows.? I stumbled on this today and was shocked.? Is it?true that there is no answer to this from Microsoft?

So, how are we supposed to send outbound faxes from 64bit client machines that are using a public folder contact list which is constantly changing?? We are not going to export our contacts each day to every client machine, so please, do not suggest this as a rediculous alternative.? I believe the Fax Transport is removed from SBS 2011 as well, right?? It's as if there was a decission made to cut off Microsoft Small Business customers from sending outbound faxes!?!?!

3rd party solution that anyone can suggest?? This is a physician's office but I know I am going to run into this issue again w/ another customer.
