Talk about a naked lunch. In a Twitpic allegedly posted by Kanye West, a nude woman who looks a lot like Kim Kardashian (from the back, at least) chows down on a meal in a hotel room. Did Kanye actually tweet a naked picture of his girlfriend to the whole world? (Not that we haven't seen her naked before -- but still, is chivalry dead?)
